• RETURN TO SENDER - RTS fees are billed back to our account, as such any item incorrectly purchased or a not required item that has been marked from the buyer as a RTS will incur the RTS fees, same fees as above apply. Note this means if you purchase and incorrect item under FREE postage and mark it as a RTS instead of accepting it you will incur both FREE POSTAGE delivery and RTS fees deducted from any applicable Refund.
• Refunds will only be given to items received in a timely manner and packed in the same packaging they were originally sent. Items that have been fitted or damaged in any way will not receive a refund, item must be in a resalable state.
• Returns - Unless agreed upon, Items for Return must be received to the return address within the set return time window as marked on the item upon time of sale.
• All items won or purchased through Ebay will be posted / freighted directly to the client at the clients expenses unless otherwise specified - NO PICKUPS!
• Buyer / Bidder must consider total amount payable including any extra charges where stated - (freight / post / handling)

• Where specified items must be fitted by an appropriate accredited technician
• Buyer assumes all responsibility for the design function of any said project that incorporates a purchased WGIT item.
• WGIT assumes that all its items sold are used in accordance with AUST Certified Engineer designs.
• WGIT will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the incorrect fitting of item/s supplied, or any damage caused by the attempted fitting of incorrectly supplied item/s. Buyer is required to make certain the item supplied is the correct item stated. Buyer is to advise WGIT directly should they feel they have been supplied the wrong item.
