I ordered a BYD Atto 3 spare wheel with accessories, and it was delivered in two separate shipments. The tracking information was accurate and helpful. The tire arrived in a protective cover, which is a nice touch, and it fits well in my trunk and the other accessories came in a nice tiny container.

Like the backup option of a spare tyre in addition to the tyre repair kit that came with the Atto 3. One suggestion would be a set of instructions or a link to your youtube video that demonstrates how to install the spare tyre.

This product fills an important need. After a flat tyre that resulted in a flat bed truck pickup to transport the car home and then another flat bed to transport the car to the Tyre Repair shop, I decided i do not want to be stuck on the roadside again. This should have been standard equipment in the BYD, but thanks to Braumach it is now in my car anyway !

Everything except the safety triangle is good, the safety triangle was broken and unusable, the car already had a safety triangle so it was not an issue for me .

This spare wheel solution is just the right size to fit between the foam storage for supplied puncture repair and safety gear and the top load board in its normal position.
Even room for jack etc and room to spare.

by shaving the corners of the formed foam the holds the tire repair kit and storing the spare wheel without the bag provided it all fits in the boot, including the tire repair kit. Hope not to have to use it but I have peace of mind now that I will not be left at the side of the road with a flat.

Space saver wheel appears to be robust and good quality as does the jack. So far the soace saver has not been used and I hope the tyre will be up for the job. It would be good for a kit to be available to secure the space saver tyre (and jack) from being a projectile if the brakes are applied in an emergency or if the car is involved in a collision.

An excellent product - a pity I bought it before the price reduction!
It would be nice if you also offered a tie-down kit as it could become a dangerous projectile in case of heavy braking or accident.
I made my own with a pair of heavy duty straps fastened diagonally to the original studs in the floor by means of eyelets, washers and 6M locnuts. I also secured a strip of steel across the far studs and used two more straps for the jack and tools which I had placed in a tool bag.

It's round and black and has five holes for attachment. The jack etc surprisingly arrived as an afterthought. It is hard to say if is any good so for the sake of fashionable social media I will drive over nails and glass so I can write a useful summary of this 20kg boot balast. Go figure.

The kit is very comprehensive and seems to be made of solid materials. I have not used it as I have not had the need, fortunately. I have to admit I was a bit surprised at the weight of the space saver wheel itself compared to one I had previously on a different vehicle, also an 18 inch wheel. Hence this package will only be placed in the vehicle when taking lengthy trips outside a metropolitan area. But it is a worthwhile addition to the vehicle's manifest. Overall a good product, well worth the cost.

Only negative was that it consisted of two items which could have been delivered together to save you transport costs, rather than two separate deliveries. Each item was useless without the other so there was no benefit in splitting the order.
