This plug allows you to connect directly to a 3 phase 32A 5pin socket.
This will allow your Model 3 to receive charging power up to 7.2kW (where supply current is 32A). The GEN2 Charger only allows for 1 of the 3 phases to be connected hence why this adapter has just the 3 wires connected.
All components connecting to mains electricity require installation by a licensed electrical contractor.
